i pt the 351w heads on my 302 i made an extra 23 horse overall on the dyne first pull im very happy with the gain !! it does work!!

Any modifications to the heads that you had to do, to make them fit on the 302? What else do you have done besides the heads?

i shaved the heads 35thousands new vaves springs and very little prt work! i have an f cam and a professsional products upper and lower with 70mm throttlebody, pulleys coldair exhayst and i made 339 to the tire! all motor

Whats your comp. ratio now? Yeah the 351 heads dont really need much, just a little exhaust port work and they breathe fairly well for a factory head.

besides that i have upped the timing 18 degreestook out the smog stuff and a/c cooler plugs and msd set up with stock distibutor but msd 6al coil and cap and rotor and 9mm ford racing wires other than that thats it. when i took it to the trak mid summer the car was bone stock with exhaust and cold air the car went 13.98 99mph! the car is also a convert!

comp ratio is now 10:1! still good for nos later on (next summer)!
