Default fitting subs under back seats

Is it possible to fit a10 inch compvr in both sides of my back seat if I cut holes in a delete seat kit. Not where your back rests but where you actually sit, I just took my sits out and there seems to be a good amount of room there?

I guess you could. But I would think you would need to move the seat up in order to get enough room to sit onto of where the sub is. But I drive a vert and have managed to put one sub (hoping to get a second) and possibly a second in the trunk while only losing a little space. Gotta go with a sealed box though.

ya sure its possible, just depends on what sub you get (i know a 10 inch but the size of it in general) and then how big of a box it would need and that kind of thing. but ya you prolly would have to go sealed. check out www.edesignaduio.com for some good slim line subs for pretty cheap. they have amps for a set of those too pretty cheap. awesome people to work with!

It depends on the depth of the speaker. If I remeber right(been a long time since the big systems) that there has to be a minimum didstance from the back of the speaker to the back of the box.

put them in the seat back, if you put them in the bottom, you will get horrible acoustics from it, youll never get a box that fits unless you do something hand layed in fiberglass... and the sound will go stright up into your roof and cancel itself. you would be better off installing them in the vertical part of the seat delete!
