I'm about to try to put together my own kit because the 2 core that came with my procharger is too small. What I'm looking for is the biggest intercooler I can fit behind the facia vertically without doing too much cutting. Also, my car has a/c. Brand does not matter as long as it will fit and work. My car is a 91 notch.

Ok, I'll ask over at the turbomustangs forum then. Doesnt seem like to many people are into piecing their own kits together.

you can get all the plumbing and the intercooler off ebay for faily cheap. maybe your not getting a response because you didnt ask a question other then "has anybody done this before?"
