maybe you have enough slack in that hose to just cut it where its broke and push it on then clamp it

the EGR HAS A HIDDEN GASKET ON YOUR TB.

its will shoot coolant in your intake AND EGR VAVE, coolant will flow out of the EGR valve.

Its the secondarie plates gaskets on the TB

Hey guys, what is the inside diameter of the hose that goes into the TB spacer from the block (the duct taped one in the picture)? I need to know so I can get the correct size repair hose at advance auto if the hose on it now doesn't have enough slack to clip the cracked part out.

Are you sure that's the correct size? Inside diameter?

I was thinking 1/4 or 5/16. First fix the duct tapped hose, then make sure there isn't an internal leak in the EGR spacer gasket. Antifreeze is not your engines friend when it is on the inside!

the coolant hose that runs thru the TB is smaller than the heater core hoses which are 1/2"

1/4" sounds right

If your not sure about the size of hose just buy a couple feet or so of 1/4" and 5/16" fuel hose. Don't worry about it being fuel hose, all heater hose below about 1/2" you get from the parts store will be fuel hose and it is rated at about 35 psi if I remember correctly. Sick em.
