You could also get longer bolts run them through and put a nut on the back side.

i know the red is a pain in the *** to take off if ever need be. just not sure if blue is strong enuff.

Just put the loc-tite on there and tightened them bitches TIGHT! We will see tomorrow how she holds up. (Went with RED, but if I ever need to take it off I am gonna have to buy a 500 degree torch gun. lol)

Blue should be strong enough for shifter bolts. I had to use it everywhere in my old VW jetta. Thing was a diesel (Spelling???) and would rattle the interior peices lose in less then a week.
