traction bars

Do they replace the lower control arms? which are better new arms or traction bars?

I would get the UPR upper and lower control arms. There is a ton of things you can do, but that would be a good start.

i like them there isn't to much difference my were just adjustable. i mean go to summitracing.com and look at the lakewoods and look at say i think bbk and do a comparison
