i havbe 40 series offroad h pipe with no cats, bbk shorty headers, and stage 1 cam... car sounds amazing catless!!you will fail for emissions for sure.

I am taking my cats off next saturday for the sound alone. I guess you lose torque...i doubt very much though. Get an X pipe to make up for it and get some gears :-D

Get rid of them. I just gutted mine last week and it really does sound alot better. I havn't noticed any torque loss while driving it.

I have been thinking for a while now about taking the cat cutting it in half, removing everything inside and welding it around the O/R H pipe. Any idea's????

Wow, the last thing I want to lose is torque, I thought I would gain torque and horsepower by going catless. Is there any programmer to fix the computer being confused?
