The poly shouldn't be too harsh. I haven't installed mine yet b/c I haven't done the suspension stuff yet. I'm running Prothane poly motor mounts and Energy suspension poly tranny mount and they're fine. They probably give off a little more vibration than rubber, but it's not bad. I can't imagine you'd have problems w/ them being too stiff on the suspension.......
