so i'm leaving work for lunch today, and took the left turn around the corner from my shop. i kicked the *** out a bit while turning, and as soon as it straightened, boom! my exhaust let go somewhere on the pass. side. it never ends with this ****in car. now i really sound like i have a drag car, to go along with my high idle and shaking. sigh...

RE: boom!
Could be a exhaust gasket..right off the head. I hear a lotta people have problems with theirs, mines been pretty good to me, other than I keep loosing the very back header bolt (cylinder #8)

RE: boom!
the only U clamp on there is for the mid-section of the O/R h-pipe, where they join together. i started it up before i left work, lettin it warm up, and i have no flow through the pass. side pipe, but full flow through the drivers side. it used to have a big leak at the header, i'm wondering if i snapped a couple header bolts in the head.... doubtful... but who the hell knows. this car has demons, i swear to god.

RE: boom!
ok so i took a quick peek underneath the car on my way out this evening, as i saw the right side tailpipe was actually higher than the left, meaning the front side of the muffler would be low. sure enough. get this ****....
the right side of the hpipe actually protruded itself right out of the flange that bolts it to the catback. how the hell?
