Is this motor running? If so, are you getting ticking from the msd coil? I baught mine a few weeks ago and it ticks like hell. I keep meaning to send it back for a Mallory but havent had time.

Mine doesn't tick, mine makes a buzzing sound, I've also got the MSD blaster TFI.It doesn't bother me any, my system's cranked up.

That's why I have a Crane coil, no noise. Heard of too many problems w/ the MSD coil!!

Yea, I know now that I looked into it I hear alot of bad things too. Too bad I didnt look into it before I baught one, I Just figure that MSD has been around for a long time and "seemed" pretty reputable so I went with them. I hope Summit still takes it back, its been like two-three weeks now [&:]

Thyey will take it back. I sent them back a dizzy after it had been in the car for a few weeks. They have really good customer service.

Yea, I already called them and they said to just send it back no problem. I just havent had any time to though.

And Hatch, the Mallory one will match too Actually, looks better IMO since its not that pinkish color that the MSD's are. I didnt buy it for looks though, I just dont want to hear that annoying buzz/tick. And Im not sure how the other coils are but it seems like it takes alot to run those MSD's.
