i dont know why it would break taking it off? i take my exhaust off everytime i go to the track.

chances are you won't get some of it off w/out cutting it off.

the old stuff gets pretty nasty.

especially the header to h-pipe nuts/bolts

i got lucky with mine, stock h-pipe was recently put back in right before i bought it, so all the bolts came out nice and easy. thats really the only thing you have to worry about, the pipe itself shouldn't break unless its weak as all hell.

cut the bolts off and replace them...if you have rusted pipes, chances are you are going to havet o replace them anyway...you hve nothing to lose but a bit of time....
