ok so i have a 89 convertible aod car. so far i have ordered most of the stuff to build a nice rear, and a alum drive shaft. ordered some other odds like pulleys and little things for under hood. what i am getting at is what to do with my car. i am leaning towards either going turbo or 351. it would help to here some things from you guys to see what you think? i have a pretty good budget so feel free for ideas.

if i were you i would go get all the suspension done first. then i would put the power plant, so you can put the power to the ground. i hear good about the maximum motorsports, the C/C Plates, Control Arms, Panhard Bar and Subframe conecterwould be a good start. then power plant, then gears, exhaust, then anything for looks

Yes... Maximum Motorsports is a good way to spend alot of cash... For those of us with never ending pockets should really look into something else. This is another option, its geared more toward drag racing rather than roadrace like the MM kits are. Check into UPR. www.uprproducts.com Their stuff looks real nice and is 1/2 the price of MMS stuff.

If you want to get serious on modding the vert don't put any more money into go fast goodies than what you already have. Subframes and roll cage should be your next move.
