Put the new ones in the freezer over night (they will get a bit smaler)
then use a chunck of wood and a bf-hammer.
you should be able to drive them in.

the park brake cables are the cables that attach to the back of each drum right?.. if so all you have to do is take the drum cover off and then kinda pull the cable with pliers until its loose then it should come out the back of the drum.. its not hard..

oh my bad i didnt read that you had the rear end out ...haha..

now would be a good time to reinforce those torque boxes

just curious, will the 8.8 stock, with Moser Axles, Slicks,4:10;s and HD Driveshaft, Handle 450rwhp? Or am I gonna still snap something?

Im starting my Blower Project Soon maybey a waterbox or methanol, with a Diesel Intercooler AT 10+ PSI to compensate for the loss of Psi through the Huge Intercooler and Piping

Im also getting rear disc, slotted rotors, 5 lug conversion, stainless steel brake line and such, along with better shocks etc to help me plant all this to the pavement
