yeah when he was doing mine he said he did one a few years ago that was bolted in but he couldnt remember what year it was.

Thanks. Looks like I'll be doing a lot of welding on this car. I was removing the ground effects expecting to see the rockers rusted out. Luckily for me they are in nice shape. BUT..... right in front of the rear wheels behind the ground effects the metal is damn near gone. I poked a hole through the metal with a screwdriver. So, looks like this car is gonna have quite a bit of cutting and welding.[&:] Wish I had a good mig welder that wouldnt break the bank and I'd do it all myself.
