Default 50resto

OK, I have given their name out to a couple people looking for parts for their stangs and have never heard anything bad about them in the slightest. But one of their policies got under my skin. They charge $4 to ship to an address other then the billing. That about pissed me off, what would be such a hassle of shipping it elsewhere that it would cost $4?????. I was going to place an order with them (like $40 nothing special) but now that I know that I think I am going to look elsewhere. And might keep looking elsewhere

They may be pricey on some things but I put together some shopping carts at a bunch of websites for my Longtubes, H Pipe and Exhaust and they seemed to always be a bit cheaper, plus the shipping for all those heavy big boxes was only 50 or 60 bucks. I was kind of impressed.

I had some bad experiences with them. I will not buy from them unless I have to.

Yeah, I have had some good luck with American Muscle. We had a problem and they did everything they could to fix it. Kinda makes you feel good when people do the right thing. Now I look at their website before others.

i switched to 50resto after having a few problems with texas mustang. 50resto has even gone cheaper on prices for me when i could find it somewhere else for less. they take a while to ship things though.

It's probably due to them "self insuring" against credit card fraud. Scammers who have solen your credit card number will not want to have the item shipped to your address...they would have to stake out your mailbox...instead they will ship it to another address. Way more risk to a vendor if the shipping address is different from billing address...a lot of companies will only ship to the billing address.
