Is this a good idea. Also i have slack in my steering and when i make turns something pops anyone know what that is ?

Well, as with any stang a nice set of rear end gears would do wonders
And a Full exhaust too!
That should run you a little bit, but both are great mods

The popping around corners is most likely due to a worn out ball joint.

since when did they start making mustangs front wheel drive[8D]and yeah that does sound like the ball joints but im not sure if they will cause play in you steering wheel like that if i was you i would just rebuild the whole front end with new inner and outer tie rods and maybe a new centerlink also oh yeah don't forget the the ball joints
