no like adder said you need a impact to take it off, if you just try undoing it its going to spin, and if you try holding it your going to break something. you have to have an impact. why would u even put the ud alt pulley on with an elec fan & a stock alt? im curious as to that one.

give er a little burst and it will spin right off. If you try and do it without the impact gun you will have to jam the alternator to stop it turning....way easier to use the impact.

your gonna need a smaller belt.. FYI

buy 3 belts... 1" smaller. 1.5" smaller and 2" smaller

then return the two that dont fit

You shouldntneed to change the belt. I had the stock belt before putting on the underdrive pullies and used the stock belt with them and now still use the stock belt with the underdrive crank and waterpump pullies and the stock (75 amp) alternator pulley.
It fits like its supposed to. If your belt tensioner is any good youll be fine with the stock belt.

well i would suppose thats probably a difference between the fox and SN-95, my tensioner is in a different location and doesnt have very much room to put pressure on my belt, so I will have to get a smaller belt when i put my alt pulley back on
