Default Sticky clutch?

I have a 1993 GT, but i have questions about the clutch. It is a King Cobra clutchand has about 3 months in the car with almost no abuse. But there are times when i turn off the car with the pedal engaged and it seems like something is grinding. and just recently, when i press the pedal all the way down and bring it back up it feels like it sticks a little, the sticky feeling does not have alot of strength, it feels like as if there is gum on my shoe. Any idea on what it could be?[&:]

Sounds like it might be the cable. If your had a new clutch, then it's might not be a bad idea to get and adjustable cable, and quadrant, without that you might run into problems down the road when engaing into gears, i no ive had that problem, and if i didnt have that kinda cable id be screwed.
