Default Paint color codes???
I have a 1991 lx vert silver and i am wondering what the name of the color is. All the booklets i look in only go back to 1994. I heard it was silver frost? Where can i find this out. Thanks

there is 106 different paint codes for 1991 Fords. tell me the code, i'll tell you the color

Hey Matt,can you look up paint code EP for a 1993 LX? I've found 3 different answers for what this is. I've seen it listed as Vermillion, Cardinal Red, and Bright Red.

YX is Titanium Frost Metallic, available only in 91-92. Sherwin Williams paint formula #40299

yah they do auto, gotta find your local Sherwin dealer, not home depot. Also just about any paint mixing place that does automotive paint, can cross reference a Sherwin # to their numbers. voila.
