The Trickflow is gonna flow more air than the GT-40. My cobra intake is rated the same as the Gt-40 so go ahead and go better. Dont forget to give edelbrock a good look. They have some sick intakes. I always overlooked them because Trickflow was so big in the 5.0 business, but when I checked em out I was impressed.

Trick Flow basically put mustang on the map. Their top end kit will give you more torque than the Holley SystemMaxII kit. It also comes with more stuff and is 100 bucks less. If it were me Id go with the Trick Flow definitally. You can get about 80hp just out of the heads.

According to one of the tech guys I spoke with at Trick Flow, the street heat is smog legal, and the track heat is not.

This does not mean that you will not pass the sniffer. I have the track heat with 1"
spacer and passed. we also have a visual inspection and I also passed.
