your motor would not run.
edit: it will run, but will not idle. it will die when u come to a stop, if you can even get it going fast enough to need brakes

nope. i made a gasket to cap off the IAC and worked fine after that.

Removing the IAC but not capping off the opening would create a giant vacuum leak!

also just unplugging it will cause it to die
