Default What are some cheap cylinder heads I can use on my 94' GT

I have an Edelbrock Performer intake and cam, 1.7 cobra rocker arms, BBK shorty headers, 70mm throttle body, BBK cold air intake, 2.5 inch high flow H-pipe, Magnaflow cat back exhaust. The car put 220 horsepower to the tires with an automatic in it. The car was custom tuned and they told me without cylinder heads or forced induction I was about maxed out with the engine. I am looking to put some cylinder heads on it but I want to spend as little as I can but still make a good difference. What should I use. I have heard that older 351 windsor heads work but I don't know if they will on an efi engine.

Hate to tell you but you can only get one of the two... performance or cheap. Go to a junkyard and look for some GT40 Heads out of a Ford Explorer, have them compression checked and milled, those will be an improvement over stock, ebay always has good prices but be very careful what you buy. this link may help you decide how much of an improvement you'll ge compared to stock, HEADS . What size MAF do you have? Hope its a 73 or 76mm?

c&l ? those are great to build on, and tune for larger injectors if you ever decide to go w/ a power adder, they can be tuned up to 42 lb injectors.

Take a look at Arrowhead Products in Indianapolis, 317-862-0223.
For $399/pr assembled you get select Windsor castings, like new appearance with milled head surface.
3 angle valve job, bronze liners, 1.90x1.60 stainless valves and .550 lift springs.
They accept all stock parts.
If I hadn't lucked out on a used set of aluminum edelbrocks I would have bought these.
Good luck.
