Default HELP AFTERMARKET STEERING WHEEL INSTALL

I need help puting momo steering wheel on my sn95. I have pics below. One is of the back side of the momo hub that is supose to go face first and the wheel bolts on the the other end, but the end that faces the steering shaft wont go on smooth. Do i get rid of the clock spring and just bolt it to the shaft (pictured below) or do i bolt it with the clock spring on. It will work but some wires are in the way. Thanks for any help possible.

I believe a clock spring removal MAY cause issues, and yes it has to go most of the time or an adapter purchased.

Take it out and verify all your turn signals work etc, do a search and ask the manufacturer or local custom shop. Remember to keep your hub centered so you do this once,

I got thehub from LTB motorsport and their web site shows the hub needed for application and will usaully state if any major functions will be lost (i.e. the turning signals). Like I said the only wires running throught the clock spring from what i can see are the curse control and some other set of wires Im not sure what the other two wires are for.

Yea. I realized the purple wire is for the horn. My concern is how am i going to ground the horn and all the wires run through the clock spring and they just dont come out. The directions from momo suck.I was hoping more people have done this before but i guess not. thanks for the input tho.

+1 the others should be for the air bag, you'll prolly have to run another wire up for a ground on the horn, I cna't remember, it's been too long since I have done one.
