Are you going to use the whole motor or are you just going to use the block? If your just going to use the block I would hold off... I have seem 351W blocks sell for 50-100 bucks.

I think it should be right in the lifter galley.

well if anyone knows when ford stoped using the modified engine then that would help me, i figured 200 would be that bad b/c i could use alot of the part on it, that would save me money in the long run wouldnt it?

I wouldn't be too worried about the block being a C or M 351. They were pretty dead by the 90's.

If the water pump / timing cover and dist look the same as on your 302, then it is a windsor.

The 95 block will be a roller block, which means cheaper hyd roller lifters and cam.

200 is a decent price.
I would plan to tear it down to the short block to inspect the bores for wear, possibly pull the oil pan, replace the oil pump/shaft, and check the main bearings.
If all is well there, then it should be good to keep running in stock form.

The heads are going to perform very similar to a 302 E7 casting. The E7 chokes a 302, so it isa poor choice for a performance 351w. The car will run pretty well, but no where near its potential.
The truck lower intake could be used, if you pick up the adapter from BC Broncos. This adapter will allow you to run the truck 351w lower intake with the stock 5.0 HO upper intake. I'm not sure how this setup will affect hood clearance.

That's all I can think of right now...

It's a windsor - the 351M and 351C were out of production way before 1995.
