can a 95 mustang gt take a twin turbo setup stock? and i am talking about the turbos of the turbo coupe thunderbirds

bout 93k miles and has be maintained well, i am just worried about the pistons because they are not forged

With a turbo (and a good amount of boost) everbody here will highly suggest that you rebuild with forged internals.

ok but a friend of mine has a 92 gt and he slaped a vortec supercharger and he put a smaller pulley and he is runnin 12 psi and the motor is stock and it has over 200k miles on the motor

Of course it can be done, with a very good tune but forged internals are MUCH better and less risk. Less boost would also be prefered. Most will say less than 10psi on stock, high-milage engines.
