What am I worth?

What am I worth?
I am looking to sell my mustang again. I was selling it a few weeks ago, and had a change of heart, and decided I was going to race it this summer. I did quite a bit of work to it, and now money is getting tight again, and I want to get rid of it.
I was selling it a few months ago before I did most of the work (all i had done was brakelines/alt/batt), and people on here said it would be worth around 3000. I put it up for 2700. It needed a water pump back then.
Since I bought it I have done...
New brakelines to the rear end
New alternator
New battery
New water pump
New radiator
New fan clutch
New plugs
New wires
Some carb tuning
5 lug conversion on the rear
Chrome wheels
Bigger rear tires
The previous owner (a mechanic at a reputable shop) did
5.0 motor build
Bored .60 over
Aftermarket cam
Holley 4 barrel
Swapped in 5.0
8.8 Rear end swap
New shocks
New double hump crossmember
Under 50 miles since motor build, so basically a brand new engine inside.
He put about 10 or 15 miles on it testing it out, and Ive only driven it up and down my road testing it out because its not registered or anything
Before New Tires:
New Tires:
Interior:
Water Pump/Radiaor/Fan:
Engine:
It comes with 4 of the rear tires and rims (1 tire isn't very good, but could work) and 8 of the front tires and rims.
The exhaust is only a manifold into mufflers, so its pretty lound, but it does sound good. I could put on headers for a price.
It is a 1983 GT Hatchback. Its a 5 speed with brand new clutch. It has an 8.8 rear end. There is under 50 miles on the 5.0 motor (302 bored to 310), and just over 98K on the body. It has premium sound, and cruise control. I am located in White River Junction, Vermont.

RE: What am I worth?
Its mostly the pic angle, the rear tires are about an inch taller than stock, and maybe 2 inches wider. Less backspacing on the wheels let them stick out, so it doesn't rub on any suspension
