only because you bought the wrong gears early in your cars life.... Had you known what you car would run in the 1/4, you would have selected a different gear

The reason they need a taller tire is because they have topped out there power band in 4th gear before the the end of the track with a smaller tire.

now, i need 28" with the spray and still trap to high. now i plan to drop back to 3.73's.
most people dont know that nitrous drops the rpms of your peak power anywhere from 200-600rpms
mine peaks power n/a 4700-4800 and on the nitrous peak power is 4000-4100rpms
