How much would the purchase of these two items in the topic title cost and how difficult would installation be or cost if i were to give it to a mechanic?

I could do it in less than 2 hours.
But the cost depends on how many cores ur gonna get and what type of fan....
Don't forget you get what you pay for

You can easily do it in less than two hours...even if you're really slow. I installed a new oem radiator, and am using the stock fan, and the car never gets above 195 degrees...even in So. Cali summers. On the other hand, I've heard of guys' cars running hot while using expensive radiators and fans--I guess if their not matched up correctly. You'll have to decide which route you want to go.

If you want your car to run a little cooler, increase your coolants water/antifreeze ratio. Its a trick I use up here in New England... we get some hot summer, and some cold winters. SO I run a 60/40 mix instead of a 50/50 mix.

more coolant than water and your car will run hatter
more water than coolant and your car will run cooler
