Default timing

my 5.0 is has proformer rpm heads, E cam, gt-40 intake, 70mm throttle body, 75mm mass air sensor for 24lbs injectors, 24lbs injectors,headers and full exaust. The timing is set to 10 advanced right now would it be better to go to 15 advanced?

p.s. what should my spark plug gap be

yeah you could go to 15 degrees but you would have to run high octane gas.

Wouldnt 15 degrees advanced cause pre-ignition? Anyway put your plugs at .045 thousanths.
