Where is a good place to power my shift indicator light from?
Im having trouble powering it from my stereo wiring and would like to find a spot that works for it. It needs to be a 12 volt ignition feed so its on all the time the ignition is on.

hey, I just installed mine like last week. I ran my 12 volt switched wire souce to my amplifier. If you don't havean ampyou could probably just run it from the positive side of your battery and put a switch in between.

you didn't need to run it from the amp. The blue wire on the back of your radio is the switched power for an amp. all you gotta do it tap into that wire. no reason to run a 8 foot long wire when the power source for it is right there in the dash.

I ended up running it from the stereo like before. It had a blown fuse so it wouldnt work. I never knew there were two stereo fuses.
