Default few more motor questions

well i posted a big post a while ago and i have a few more questions for ya

im doing the thumper combo pack and im wondering if u guys think i should get new stock pushrods or cheack them ne ways, r the roller rockers pedistal mount? and what kind should i get (i want to find the ones that r stamped steel and a little stronger than stock with the roller tip on them) and what ARP bolts should i get besides head bolts( should i do connecting rod bolts and main bolts?)

the rockers are pedestal, nos rods should do u just find although it wouldnt hurt to check even though ur not goin with a huge cam, u dont need to get the rest of hte bolts but i would have to say connecting rods would be more insurance for the motor, and the main bolts u dont need bc the ur not puttin a whole lot of pressure on the block

the trick flow stage 1 cam isnt too radical for the street is it? i no its not hugeeee but .500 lift is a decent amount, and will it confuse my computer? also if u can find the type of roller rockers that would rock because summit doesnt seem too have what i am looking for

well there are a couple places, i kno u arent from pa but have u heard of cjpony parts, they have just about anythin u need for the motor, rr, cams, heads, etc.
not hte trick flow cam aint too radical its just about right and i dont think it will confuse ur comp, my friend was rockin a b303 cam which is similar to the tfs stage 1 cam and had no probs with it in his 95 gt, i cant be 100% though
pm adder and ask him he would kno really well

The stage 1 isn't too radical. I'm running the E cam. The TFS has a little more lift and duration on the exhaust side which is great for any iron Ford heads. Your computer doesn't adapt as well as ours do (foxbodies), but it should adapt. You might wanna consider a dyno tune to make sure everything is in check. Any 1.6 pedestal rockers will work just fine....don't go cheap on them. Needle bearings wreak havoc on the internals ofa motor.

do you think i should get it done drive it back down here, 4 hour freeway drive, and get it tuned right away or should i wait at least 5 or so months until i do my trick flow intake tb maf and 24lb injectors

also how much does a tune cost? around 400 or more??
