OK, if' it's the car under your avatar. Remove the plastic housing on the column. Look under where the lock cylinder is you will see a lil hole w/ a pin sticking down thru the hole. Turn the key to the run position, take something small enough and push the pin upward and then pull the lock cylinder out. It's very simple to do.

of course if its not your car and you dont have the key it wont work, must have the key, so say u lost ur key, it doesnt come out very nicely
