I have an older 302 motor that is sitting in one of my other projects thats on the back burner right now, and I am wanting to know if any of you know what kind of heads i have on it? I took the valve cover off and found a few #s, 8E25 is one, in another spot it says 302. On the outside of the heads it is stamped FOMOC. These heads take the fat spark plugs. Just wanting to know the specs on these heads; valve size, combustion chamber size, year and model they came out on and so forth, and if they are even worth a crap.

If you're looking at the top of the head, are there any other #'s/letters on it? What letter is on the lower right flange on the exhaust side?

um...the only other thing i could see was the #21 on the out side in between the exaust headers.

Need to check under the PR thru-holes and check the casting number.........the example below is a C5AE ('65 289 head)

Darn, heads are still on the motor.......they also have 4V stamped on there as well if that means anything.
