Mass Air Sensor question
I bought what I thought was a stock 94-95 70mm mass air meter on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-95...QQcmdZViewItem
I was looking at it the other day, and noticed that the part# on the sensor reads AFH55-03B. I'm thinking thatthey stuck a 55mm sensor on a 70mm body. I have two other Mass Air meters, a 55, and an 80. On both of those, the AFH number matches the size. Can someone confirm?

That's what I thought. Should be AFH70.Those bastards!

The important pn is the F2VF.
If that is correct, then it will work.
What is the number on yours F2VF, F1ZF, F1SF?
Those are the only ones I can remember right now...

RE: Mass Air Sensor question
The problem is that the sensor is designed to produce max voltage when the housing reaches max air flow. If you stick a smaller sensor on a bigger housing, you'll peg the sensor before you reach max air flow.

You still have the same size sample area, so I don't think it would make a difference. Like the C&L, you can put your stock MAS on it and use different sample tubes, and those C&L are like 73mm
