Default Which intake manifold?

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide which intake to get to go with my AFR 165 heads. At the the moment i'm leaning towards the Edelbrock Performer intake, since thats what AFR recommends.I'm also considering theTrickflow street heat and Typhoon intakes. What are your thoughts on which intake to get.

not at the moment, I'm planning on doing a h/c/i swap this spring.
I'm still undecided on the cam. I'm leaning towards the TFS stage 1 or e303 cam.

With those cams those intakes would work great. (dont know much about the typhoon). If you want a little more power, I would consider getting a bigger cam, f303, x303, z303stage 2tfs, I would go with performer rpm,tfs track heat orHolley.

with those cams I mentioned, would it be better to run 1.7rr's or stick with 1.6's. It will be driven mostly on the street and occasionally at the track.

i would personally stay away from the trick flow intake unless you get a trick flow h/c/i set my experience with just the intake hasnt been very good i have a edlebrock performer and love it i have heard a lot of good things about the bbk ssi also

the best intake for u would either be the holley or gt40 those are prob the best two out there imo
maybe the edelbrock performer 2 but i think the other 2 are what u should be lookin at

and let me help you out this cam wont fit the stock ptv u are gonna have to clay it up and most likely do some piston notching
the best cam for ur setup would be a f303 i think it offers a great rpm range with a good lope duration and lift
