a cat steal about the same amount of power as the over the axle hump 3-4hp and theres 4 on the fox so thats 12-16hp

There is actually a huge difference in having the cats, and having an OR X/H-pipe.. It has both to do with the diameter (stock) 2 1/4" and aftermarket X/H 2 1/2" also.... It's definately worth it. You can get them new for $150 bux and if you find a used one, they can run 100 or less.

yup yup, i run one, its nice... i mean no i didnt feel a huge differance, but it would break the tires look a little easier... n she sounds soooo good

+1 on the sound. what i used to do to get around emmisions was remove the speedo gear from the trans. about 3k milesafter my inspection. don't know bout elsewhere, but here in pa if you drive less than 5k miles per year, youre exempt from emmisions.your speedometer will be dead but just get a feel for what speed youre going @ different rpm's before you remove it. then you can run no cats w/o any probs and you save $30 on your inspection. i had a cop pull me over for my exhaust -he was tellin me how many tickets he was gonna give me for an illegal exhaust setup.........till i pointed to my inspection stickers that had a big fat EXEMPT on the emission sticker. man was he pissed after that. lmao all the way home!!!!
