Default Cam Suggestion

Hey guys, im new to this forum, but have a 94 GT with some bolt-ons.
I was wondering what a good cam suggestion is for the 94GT longblocks without having to go into the internals and get some flat-top pistons.
And what kind of setup it would need, i.e. ( Timing Chain, Rockers, Valvesprings ) for it to have piston/valve clearance and be streetable.
Thanks for the info guys.
