Are In-Line Pumps Noisy?

RE: Are In-Line Pumps Noisy?
My vortech came with one. It is a little noisier than the stock pump. Mine came with rubber washers to mount with. I am taking mine off the car and selling it if you are interested? Its only got about a 1000 miles on it?

They should run all the time if you need it. Otherwise you can wire it in series with your WOT nitrous switch (if thats why you are using it). I am sure there is a pressure switch you could use in the fuel rail to activate it when pressure drops. Only bad thing there is that you can run out of fuel volume and still have good pressure. Loss of fuel volume is what those pumps are designed to prevent.
Noisy? Yes. They whine like a 6 year old girl.
