heres what you do. call him out. chances are he wont race you anyway. if he does hopefully his car dosent have even close to 700hp and maybe you can beaat him. if he does have a really fast car. jump off the line and get like a car ahead and let off. then when you get outa the car be like dam man i beat ya. and if he says anythin be like well how far did you wanna race a whole mile?
