Unhook the battery for about 10 minutes, then hook it back up and see if it will start and idle. If it does and runs fine for a few minutes, then there is a electrical component that has gone up. If it starts back firing and wont idle as soon as you try to start it, then something is wired wrong.

20 40 60 and 49, check the resistance to ground, any thing .03 and up is bad should zero out or .01 or 0.00 .
Mine had a bad orange wire you see is pin 49. but check grounds, Im guessing an internal break in the wiring harness or ground.Your ECM is telling you its having difficulty communicating with them.
I recall spending a very long time correcting bad grounds and wiring faults
