I understand that your previous work on the car gives you an edge for when you get it. That is worth something. But he doesnt know that. And, I dont think he could get that much for it. So it is worth to you the max he could possibly get for it. And who ever thinks about buying it is going to have to put a couple $1000 into it maybe just to fix the rear end and tranny.

I would try and buy it back. I wouldnt just pay too much for it.

If it was stock for trak-lok I wouldn't doubt that the rear end is bad, those units are garbage and go bad all the time. If that's your case, do it right next time and buy an eaton/detroit, auburn, or something like that.

No not reallt sentimental value, it was just a really nice car. I don't want to buy a modded car, I want to find a stock car (like mine was when I bought it) But lookie what I just found 9 miles from my home.

What do you think? It's an AOD but I would swap for a 5spd. cheap and easy.

Dude.... you guys are nuts thinking the car isnt worth 3.5K... are you sure it has a R302 BLOCK? If so, your nuts for selling it for 4500.

Yeah it has a R302 now, built by hawaii racing in Southern CA, I installed it March 2006... I put a lot of money into it, no doubt about it, but I think I want to build something completely different.
