How do I manage to get the door locks out?
My ignition cylinder was replaced (could pull the key out when running and it was falling apart)They keyed it the same as the original key. the problem is that the original key is so worn down that the new ign key works on the passenger door, ign,and trunk and the worn out one works on the trunk and drivers door only. Can I get the cylinders repaired because I was told they are about 70 bucks each.

Also does anyone know where to get the rod that goes between the lock on the passenger door to the actuator. Mine is snapped off. Ford says they dont sell that part and no auto wreckers around here have any that match. Im worried the bad lock on the drivers side is going to quit one day and lock me out. (not sure if I have keyless entry as an option, no remote was given)
