Default Odd Interior issues!

The prev owner decided to paint most parts of the grey inter of my car black. Appears they did not use proper inter paint and it is scraping off in many places. Anyone got ANY idea's how I can get this lousy paint off? I could use a small scraping device but will die be4 I would get done. Any type if paint remover I could use that will not hurt the orig color?

nail polish remover. the interior paint flakes off like that when it isn't primered. a quick dousing in a bucket of it, and then hose, it should wipe off.
