have a good ignition system (i.e. msd box, coil and wires or equivalent)

8* base timing.

tps set correctly.

fresh oil

I got high flow cats and all the emmision equiment.My only concern is my cam. Its a tfs2

if you dont have cats go to a scrap yard and buy two cats to fit your exhaust, cut them off, gut them, weld it back together and weld it on your car

Well, I am going to keep my factory h pipe so its not really even the cats. You guys think its possible to pass just without smog being hooked up?
