an x cam with gt 40 heads and a gt 40 intake and 1.6 rockers 24lb injectors and stock everythin else

would this pass pennsylvania emissions

I doubt it... I can't remember either the b or e cam passes easy

E cam is the only emissions legal cam i thought cuz its the cobra cam. I doubt you'll pass with the 2.02 and 1.60 valves in the x head too. I dont think they are emissions legal. If they ask to see your carb stickers you are F'd!
