Default Pipes back on

Ok guys I resently put dumps on my car. I took off the tailpipes and from where my car's lowered there was not enough room to get them past the tank and rear end. So I cut them off then welded them back. Now I'm getting tired of the dust the dumps through up and want to put the tailpipes back on. How am I supposed to do this?

Well the metal's so thin, it would be almost impossible to weld them under the car.

dumps are short elbow pipes that direct the exhaust gas from the muffler straight down to the ground instead of using a tailpipe that goes back, up and over the rear end to exit at the rear of the car.
