your right its not a production car that boss stang. but dude does that car look bad azz or what? and being carburated that engine compartment is pretty clean.cool ride.
ORIGINAL: Red FIVE O

u have to understand... 96-98 they did put out 225<or something like that. 99+ they changed heads "PI" heads... they make 250 or so, not exactly sure, but around there.

and ford is bringing back the 5.0, im prty sure some new stangs are gonna have the new 5.0 in them. some kinda special edition ones.<its in 5.0 or MM&FF.

the 5.0 makes better tq then the 4.6.

stock for stock a foxbody, or sn95 will beat a 96-98 4.6, but not a 99+.

personally, tho its older technology, i like pushrod motors better, just my opinion tho. there simpler, and easy to work on. never took apart an ohc v8 yet, so idk bout them, seems like there is a good bit more work involved in them.
its in the 5.0 Mag. i thought they were just bringing the Boss block into prod. not the actual car.
the one in the mag was made by Galpin motorsports and some other guy.
it had The boss block and it was carb'd. but i dont recall them actually going to be producing it and rolling them off the factory line.

I really like the sound of a 4.6. You can spend a lot of money trying to make a 5.0 not sound like a truck.
that makes no sense, first the 5.0h.o.IS a truck motor, and second the 4.6 is ALSO used in trucks

and dont forget about that 5.0 cammer engine
[/blockquote]

which is just a bored and stroked 2 valve 4.6
the "cammer" is a 4 valve i was just looking at it in a catologue
i apologize. those things are so ridiculously expensive ive never really paid attention to them. either way they arent based on the original 4.9/302 like some people think
