Default Headers??

ok yesterday i removed my bbk shorty headers which meant i had to replace the gasket. i couldnt get the header far enough away from the motor to clean off the old gasket. so i jus cleaned off as much as i could and put the new one on. its ticking now. i was wanderin if it was safe to drive it for 2 weeks till i can get it to someone else to fix it.

what kind of gaskets did u use? some are reusable, if yours are, then take it off, loosen the bolts from the header to the mid pipe and clean away. should be fine. can you tell exactly where the sound is from?
shyt new gasket is cheap, just go buy one, and do what i just said, youll be fine.
