Default Can I pass emissions wo/ cats?
The place I ordered my exhuast from sent the wrong pipe (i ordered w/cats and they sent me the OR pipe) however the guy at the shop said it is possible to pass emisson with the off road pipe? (he also said if i want he will reorder the catted pipes)

Thoughts?

Not only will you not pass emissions, there is a HUGE price difference in a catted vs. offroad pipe. Either get the catted pipe you ordered or get some money back.....

Well i mean some of us can do that already, so does that mean i can pass with an OR? But yea, you paid prolly around 350 for a catted pipe and got a 150$ OR pipe. Id be pissed, and no you cannot pass with OR.
