There is only 1 year of 351w heads that are any good. I think it was the 69 casting? After that the 351w heads are basically the same as the 302/5.0 heads.
Which means they suck.
Most any aftermarket head (I consider the GT40 to be aftermarket) can accept 2.020/1.6 valves.
There may be exceptions, but I can't think of any?
The GT40's may limit power, but they should do fairly well. Alot better than any ported stock head will do anyway!
For the cam, look for something with slightly more duration than what you would consider for an equivelant 302.

yea adder!!!! j/k.....im with u on the brace......i wasn't impressed by the one i had. and screw the hole money theory....im sure ford can afford it.
